| Michelle – Orthodontic Technician Michelle joined our team in February 2000 as an orthodontic technician. She enjoys meeting new patients and working with every patient throughout their treatment. Michelle is OSHA certified and has been working in the orthodontics field since 2000. She and her husband, Ryan, have two children, Cameron and Kennedy. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. |

| Suzanne – Scheduling Coordinator Suzanne is our scheduling coordinator! She has been a Cohen Orthodontics team member since 1998, but has been working in the dental/orthodontic industry since 1968. Suzanne has experience working as a dental assistant and is X-ray certified. One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is watching patients' personalities and confidence change and grow as a result of receiving orthodontic treatment. In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys spending time at her family's lake house and traveling. She and her husband Steve have two children, Todd and Robyn, and five wonderful grandchildren. Suzanne is also a big Elvis fan! |

| Cindy – Treatment Coordinator/Clinical Technician Cindy has been a team member since 2005, and has been working in the orthodontic field since 1978. She enjoys working with patients throughout their treatment. Cindy looks forward to helping patients achieve the perfect smile! Cindy loves watching the progress of her patients throughout their treatment; and, when treatment is complete she loves getting to watch her patients see their new smile for the first time! When she's not spending time working with patients, Cindy can be found spending time with her husband, Dennis, and their two children. She also enjoys reading, camping, boating and being involved with the Carroll High School marching band. |

| Dawn – Lab Technician Dawn is one of our wonderful lab technicians! She works hard to create the appliances we use to treat our patients. Dawn has been working in the orthodontic field since 1985 and has been a member of the Cohen Team since 1999. She enjoys seeing how orthodontic treatment and a great new smile can really improve a patient's confidence! When she's not in the lab, Dawn enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Steve, and their two children, Amanda and Sam. |

| Peg – Clinical Technician Peg is one of our amazing clinical technicians! She has over 30 years experience working in the orthodontic field and is X-ray certified. Peg has been working on the Cohen Orthodontics team since 1996. She enjoys watching patients' confidence grow with each beautiful smile the team creates. Peg and her husband, Dave, have a daughter, Lauren, and two sons, Neal and Drew. In her spare time, Peg enjoys walking, gardening, and reading a great book! |

| Kay – Lab Coordinator and SureSmile® Coordinator Kay works hard as our lab coordinator and SureSmile coordinator to create and order appliances for patients. She is trained as a clinical technician and is X-ray certified. Kay has been working in the orthodontic field since 1988, and has been a Cohen Orthodontics team member since 1998. Kay enjoys watching patient's smile and confidence improve throughout their treatment. When she's not working hard in the lab, Kay enjoys boating, fishing, taking walks, and vacationing to North Carolina. Kay and her husband, Marc, have two children, Carson and Max. |

| Melanie – Clinical Technician Melanie, a clinical technician, has been with Cohen Orthodontics since 1996. She has been working in the orthodontic field since 1981. Melanie enjoys working with the patients and getting to know them on a more personal level. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing how great smiles positively affect the lives of her patients! Melanie and her husband, Dean, have two children, Nick (18) and Alex (15). Outside of Cohen Orthodontics, Melanie enjoys flower gardening, spending time outdoors, and reading. |

| Janet – Treatment Coordinator Janet is a treatment coordinator here at Cohen Orthodontics. She works with patients to prepare financial agreements, set up payment options, and schedule appointments. Janet has over 20 years of experience in the orthodontic field and has been a team member since 2001. She enjoys working with patients and their families and friends. Janet and her husband, John, have two daughters, Mimi and Molly. In her spare time Janet enjoys gardening and traveling. |

| Beth – Financial Coordinator Beth is our financial coordinator. She has been with Cohen Orthodontics since 1994 and in the orthodontics field since 1981. Beth works with patients and insurance providers to help make treatments more affordable. She enjoys working with patients and watching how they benefit from a beautiful smile. Beth has one daughter named Emily. Beth is a dog lover, and in her spare time she enjoys babysitting dogs as well as reading and bowling. |

| Jamie – Orthodontic Technician Jamie is an orthodontic technician and she has worked with our team since 2005. She enjoys working with patients and creating each patient their own beautiful, new smile. Jamie has been working in the orthodontic field since 2002. She is married and has two children, Madi and Troy. In her spare time Jamie enjoys camping and spending time with her kids, as well as spending time outdoors and on the farm. |

| Sarah – Orthodontic Technician Sarah is an orthodontic technician. She has been working in the orthodontic field since 1993 and has worked at Cohen Orthodontics since 2002. Sarah enjoys meeting people and getting to know her patients. She is married. She and her husband, Dan, have three children, Carly, Ava, and Max. Sarah is a huge Jimmy Buffett fan and in her spare time she enjoys reading and traveling. |

| Dana – Orthodontic Technician Dana has been an orthodontic technician for over 20 years and has worked on the team at Cohen Orthodontics since 2003. Dana enjoys working with terrific patients and learning new techniques to make treatments faster and more effective. Dana and her husband have three daughters and two dogs. When she's not working with patients and creating smiles, Dana enjoys traveling, snow mobiling, fishing, boating, reading, and taking family trips to their cabin in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. |
