Susan - Treatment Coordinator

I have been at Cohen Orthodontics for 2 years.  My favorite part about working with Dr. Cohen is that he always keeps us entertained and makes sure that there is a positive atmosphere around the office. Our patients and their families are wonderful, so it's easy to work with them.  As both a Treatment Coordinator and a Scheduling Coordinator, I am able to see patients throughout the duration of their treatment and how excited they are when they are finished.  I love helping to create their new smiles!  When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially at the lake.

Michelle - Orthodontic Technician

I have been here at Dr. Cohen's office for 11 years now, and I couldn't be happier!  I love how upbeat Dr. Cohen is, and the way he makes our patients feel so comfortable with their braces on is so great.  Our patients are just wonderful; I love being able to see how their smiles change throughout their treatment with us, and it makes me happy to see how excited they are when the braces can finally come off! My husband, Ryan, and I have two children, Cameron and Kennedy, and when I'm not at work, I really enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

Suzanne - Scheduling Coordinator

As a Scheduling Coordinator at Cohen Orthodontics, I have the opportunity of getting to know each of our patients and their families.  Being able to address their concerns and following them through their treatment is so exciting for me, and I love seeing how our patients' self-esteem changes for the positive by the time they have their braces off.  My favorite aspect of working with Dr. Cohen is implementing all of the new and changing technologies that continue to improve orthodontic treatment for our patients.   In my spare time, I enjoy spending time at my family's lake house and traveling. My husband, Steve, and I have two children, Todd and Robyn, and five wonderful grandchildren. I am also a big Elvis fan!

Cindy - Clinical Technician

I have been a part of the Cohen Orthodontic team for 6 years.  Working with Dr. Cohen is so great because he is always so appreciative of what we do in the office.  I also like that he is so up-to-date on the newest and best ways to give our patients the most gorgeous smiles they want.  He is the most easy-going doctor that I have ever worked for!  I enjoy being able to talk to all of our patients and seeing how much not only their smiles change, but also their personalities.  It's great to help patients who may be frightened by showing them that they have nothing to fear, and I love seeing how proud of themselves they are when it is finished.  When I'm not working, I spend a lot of time with my family attending Maple Creek activities, and Carroll High School band competitions and sporting events.  My family and I also enjoy spending our weekends boating on Coldwater Lake in Michigan.

Dawn - Lab Technician

I have been a part of the team at Cohen Orthodontics for 12 years.  As one of the Lab Technicians, I enjoy making all of the different appliances for our patients, and I really like how Dr. Cohen is very interested in all of the new technology in orthodontics.  He is able to utilize it all to make treatment faster and much more comfortable for our patients.  It's great watching what our patients' amazing new smiles can do for their confidence!  I really enjoy reading in my spare time, and my family and I love spending time together, especially when we can cruise around in our dune buggy!

Peg - Clinical Technician

I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Cohen for 15 years.  He has such a great sense of humor, and is always very happy and upbeat.  I love how he stays on top of the newest and best technology that benefits our patients.  Speaking of our patients, they are great!  We get to work with the cream of the crop and they are here because they want to improve their smiles.  When I'm not at work, I enjoy walking with my neighbor friends and getting together with my book club.  My family and I love spending time together, especially when we are vacationing on any beach!

Kay- Lab Coordinator and SureSmile® Coordinator

I have been with Cohen Orthodontics for 13 years.  My favorite aspect of working with Dr. Cohen is the way he challenges us to think outside the box; he never stops learning and teaching the team.  He's a great doctor to work for!  I love watching our patients start as awkward children and grow into young adults with beautiful smiles and great personalities.  In my free time, I love watching my two sons play sports, and vacationing, especially to North Carolina!

Melanie - Clinical Technician

I have been with Cohen Orthodontics for 15 years.  As a clinical technician, I am working on patients all day; the best part of that is getting to know each of them, and seeing the changes in their personalities as their teeth change.  I love working for Dr. Cohen because he has a great sense of humor and can always make me laugh!  In my spare time, I love being outside and I love to read.  My family and I really enjoy spending time together at the lake and on the boat.

Janet - Treatment Coordinator

I have been a Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Cohen for 10 years.  I love working with him because he treats our patients like he does his own family.  Our office has always been on the forefront of technology, and Dr. Cohen makes it such a fun place to work.  We could not achieve the great things that we do without our patients.  I love their enthusiasm and excitement about going through treatment, especially our adult patients.  It's great to be part of their family for a short time, but they remember us for a life time!  In my free time, I love to travel, especially to Hawaii!

Sarah - Orthodontic Technician

I have been working at Cohen Orthodontics for 9 years.  My favorite part about working with Dr. Cohen is how funny he is!  He's always singing along with the radio, and keeps the atmosphere in our clinic very fun and  upbeat!  Our patients are great!  Everyone that I see has a different orthodontic problem, and I enjoy explaining and talking people through their own individual situations.  Plus, seeing them through until the end of their treatment when they have that beautiful smile they came to us for makes it all worthwhile!  In my free time, I love traveling and spending time with my family.

Courtney - Director oF communication

I have been a Cohen Orthodontics team member for 1 year.  My favorite part of working with Dr. Cohen is being able to learn something new every day, and seeing how he interacts with all of his patients and their families.  He truly values and takes pride in what he does, and it is an inspiration to be able to see that on a regular basis.  I also love how much fun he is!  He keeps all of us entertained and motivated to do the best work possible!  Our patients are just wonderful.  I love being able to see how their confidence increases throughout their treatment as their smiles become what they've always wanted.  It's so rewarding!  When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and taking photos.
