Dr. Cohen was born September 9, 1952, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Woodward High School in 1970, University of Kentucky (B.A.) in 1973, the Ohio State University College of Dentistry (D.D.S.) in 1976, and St. Louis University School of Orthodontics (M.S.D.) in 1983.His experience in dentistry since dental school began as a Captain in the United States Air Force / Dental Corps from 1976 to 1979 (Meritorious Service Commendation Medal 1979). He then was dentist-in-charge at St. Francis Hospital Neighborhood Health Center Clinic 1979 to 1981. After orthodontic school, he was in practice in Kona, Hawaii, from 1983 to 1987 and moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1987. He has been in practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana since 1987. Dr. Cohen is currently a member of the Invisalign Speaker's Bureau and Alpha Advisory Group. He lectures to orthodontic residents nationwide on orthodontic practice management. Dr. Cohen's family includes his wife, April and five wonderful children: K.C. (Born in 1984), Courtney (Born in 1986), Caitlin (Born in 1992), Spencer (Born in 1994) and Maxwell (Born in 2003).
